We’ll ship your first game for a flat fee of $4.00. Any additional games ship for only $2.00 per game.
And, we stand behind the quality of Candygrams. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. For more details, please find our return policy below.
how fast do you ship?
We’ll pack and ship your game via USPS priority mail within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your Candygrams delivery is on its way!
do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the Continental US. If you can’t wait, contact us to see if we can work something out.
what is your return policy?
Candygrams was designed to be the best crossword game ever. If you’re not feeling the love, send the game back within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your purchase amount. Postage is not refundable and the return costs are up to you.
when will you process my refund?
We’ll credit your original purchase price within 3 business days of receiving your return. In order to issue your refund, you must return the game in its original condition with all 111 tiles, 2 dice, and the instruction sheet.
