To ensure you a consistent, hassle-free experience, all returns and refunds are managed directly by Amazon's return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a new, unopened bag of Candygrams for a full refund.

Once Amazon receives your returned item, they’ll process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirmation from Amazon once your refund has been processed.
